Organic wheat grains is naturally high in protein and fibre. It can be used in a similar way to barley, rice or couscous and is packed full of important nutrients.
Wheat grain is a whole wheat grain packed with natural protein and fibre and can be used as an alternative to barley. Add to salads or soups and stews for added texture and nutrition. Alternatively it can be cooked and served in a similar way to rice, quinoa and couscous.

Our organic wheat grain can be milled into an organic flour that can be used to create many sweet and savory recipes such as cakes, muffins, bread and crackers.
